Who doesn’t love food? Join us in the Foods program at ACSS to learn all about preparing exciting meals! You learn to prepare a wide variety of dishes from simple to complex and sweet or savory dishes. Join us in embarking on culinary journey across Canada and around the world. As a bonus, you get to eat what you make!
Do you love fashion? In Textiles, you learn to design and create simple to complex textile projects that include pattern design, illustration, and construction.
This is an excellent program for students interested in pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts or Fashion Design.
